* We do not hook up tanks to the house; the plumber must do that. Electrician must tie in electrical at well – to house breaker box.

* Site must be stubbed out for water line, or you will be charged by the hour.

* If we cannot do the ditch when installing tank and pump, an additional $300 applies.

* All power, utility, gas, phone, and cable lines must be marked. The contractor or homeowner is responsible for damages. We are not responsible for damage done to the yard or landscaping.
