Warranty
The well is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of drilling.
A labor charge could apply during that time if there is negligence
on the part of the Contractor/Homeowner or another third party.
The pump is warranted from the manufacturer for 2 years, the
tank is warranted from the manufacturer for 5 years. The warranty
on the pump and tank covers the equipment only; there is a labor charge.
The Contractor/Homeowner should take precautions when the temperature
falls below freezing to insure against damage (frozen pipes etc.)
There is no guarantee on a minimum or maximum amount of gallons per minute.
In cases where irrigation / sprinkler systems are used we cannot recommend that a
well be used for those purposes if the well is not producing the sufficient amount of water.
Take precautions when watering the lawn, filling up pools using pressure washers etc.
There is a good chance the well will run dry!
Filters Are Available
There is also no way to guarantee water purity or quality.
All wells are chlorinated according to state regulations, but there are cases where the wells contain
iron, sulfur, grit, sand, etc. If these are an issue, filters can be purchased for an additional charge.
The well is not guaranteed if used with a geo-thermal heating system.

No warranty on well and/or parts if used with geothermal heating system.
